How do I enable or disable the Annotations feature for my account?

ContractSafe makes it easy to highlight key contract terms, add notes about them, and link them to specific fields called Annotations. Here's how you can enable/disable this feature.

To complete this task, your role must be Account Owner, Admin or Department Admin.

You can enable or disable Annotations for your account by visiting Settings > AI and Workflow Options (See below).

Note that this will enable/disable these features for all account users. 

To annotate a part of the contract, simply click and drag through the text as desired.
A small selection will appear. Choose what action you'd like to do. Once a text has been annotated, it will be highlighted in yellow.
In this example, the comment option was selected, allowing the user to leave a comment specific to that line in the contract.
