Email notifications to keep contracts moving smoothly through the process by informing key stakeholders of important changes.

The following table details the automated emails sent to members of your organization based on changes to the contract's ownership or lifecycle stage.

A user is designated as the Owner of a contract.

Informs the user that they are now responsible for managing the contract.

Contract Owner Reassigned

The previously assigned Contract Owner

The Owner of a contract is unassigned or changed to a new user.

Confirms the contract is no longer the user's responsibility and specifies the new Owner.

Stage Change: Contract Requester

The Contract Requester

The contract changes into a new lifecycle stage (e.g., In-progress to Approval)

Keeps the Requester informed about the progress and status of their contract request.

Stage Change: Contract Owner

The Contract Owner

No Self-Notification: If the individual triggering the action (e.g., the person who changes the stage) is the same user who is set to receive the email notification, the system will not send an email. This prevents users from re
