Want to invite Users to your account but don't want to invite them to your SSO environment?
Note: Only administrative users can select the exclusions. Your designated account owner will always have the ability to by-pass SSO sign-in.
How to Exclude Users from SSO:
1. In Settings, select 2. Users and 3. User settings
2. Select the user's access level Under the Permissions or Setting column. A new Pop-up window will appear, click on More>
4. Toggle the Single Sign On Exception button on:
Note: If you want to verify which users are excepted from the SSO, go to the User Settings main page, Toggle the Show All Columns Button and check the Exempt from SSO column
