What is our Jump Start service?

We help you get your existing contracts and key data into your account!

Our Jump Start service is the easiest way to turn "the dreaded legal folder" into a model of organization and efficiency. 

A lot of our customers have been saving their contracts for years in folders and subfolders. They want them all uploaded and organized in their new ContractSafe account, but they don't have the time or staff to do this themselves. We can help! We offer a white glove onboarding service called Jump Start.

With our Jump Start service, you give us your contract files and we do all the work! We extract the key data from them using  AI and a team of paralegals to validate the results and fill in any gaps.  We upload your contracts and data into your account for you. 

This includes extracting from your contracts the following data,

  1. File Name
  2. Contract Name
  3. My Company Name
  4. Counterparty Name
  5. Fully Executed (Yes or No)
  6. Effective Date
  7. Termination Date
  8. Contract Term Type (Fixed, Evergreen, Auto-renew, etc.)
  9. Notice Required to Stop/Start Renewal (30 days, 90 days, etc.)
  10. Date for Deadline to Nonrenew
  11. Autorenewal 
  12. Renewal Term for Auto-renewals (Annual, Monthly, Quarterly, etc.)
  13. Includes Confidentiality
  14. Governing Law

The cost for the Jump Start service is $10 per contract.  You may be eligible for discounted pricing based on the volume of contracts you are submitting for this service. 

The average turnaround time for a Jump Start project is listed below.  Note that this timeline can vary and extend due to additional data or custom requests. 

Jump Start with standard fields only - 50 to 150 contracts - 2 to 3 weeks 
Jump Start with standard fields only - 150 to 500 contracts - 3 to 4 weeks 
Jump Start with standard fields only - 500 to 1000 contracts - 4 to 5 weeks
Jump Start with standard fields only - 1000 to 3000 contracts - 5 to 6 weeks
