An audit trail shows a chronological set of records that provide documentary evidence of the sequence of activities that have affected at any time a specific contract.
Note: Only Account Managers or above roles can access contracts' Audit Trails.
1. When inside the Contract's details page you will need to scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page. Here, you will need to press the highlighted button:
2. This will open the Customer Agreement Audit History. You can Filter the view according to your needs to only see the data that is relevant to you.
3. You can then download a CSV report with all filtered data by pressing the button present at the bottom.
