How do I start my subscription?

There are a couple of easy ways to get started!

Our mission is to make ContractSafe easy in every way, including the sign-up process!

Once you've selected the subscription level you'd like (here's a link to the subscription options and pricing), you can start your subscription in two ways:

  1. DIY. If you've already created a free trial account, you can upgrade your trial account to any of our subscription levels. Just login to your trial account, go to Settings (click on the avatar in the top right corner to get to Settings) and select Subscription. That's where you can select your subscription plan and enter your credit card information for payment. This will instantly upgrade your account to the plan you've selected. 
  2. Let us do the work. If you'd prefer, you can also reach out to us with your credit card information and we'll process the upgrade for you. Or, if your organization prefers to pay by ACH or check, we can send you an invoice. Just let us know. Again, our goal is to make this easy! 

Is there a separate contract to sign? Nope! You agree to our Terms of Use on the site when you first setup your user password. Easy!


After you've started your subscription, we're happy to do an onboarding call to address any questions you have .
The call will be lead by your Success Manager, if you don't know or don't have the contact for your Success Manager please reach out to support@contractsafe.com to get that setup.
