What happens if we hit our contract limit?

Each ContractSafe subscription plan includes capacity for a set number of contracts. What happens if we hit this limit?

You can see any time on your Contract List how many contracts are in your account. There's a counter at the top left of the page (just next to the Filters button).

The maximum number of active contracts available to store in ContractSafe will depend on your subscription package. If you're unsure which package you're subscribed to, feel free to reach out to us via the chat window on the website or email us at support@contractsafe.com and we'll let you know!

Here are the active contract volume breakouts by subscription package:

  • Basic (500)
  • Standard (1,000)
  • Professional (2,500)
  • Enterprise (5,000)

Note that Attachments and Archived contracts are not included in your contract count.

When a contract is archived, it will

  • Still be available to find and restore again under Filters > Archived on the Contract List page
  • Be removed from your Contract List, Search Results & Reporting
  • Disable any active date reminders
  • Not count towards your total capacity of active contracts
