What happens to your data after you cancel your subscription?
In the event you need to leave us, we still maintain your data until you tell us you are ready for us to delete it.
Data Retention and Deletion
We typically keep your data for 30 days after termination. This gives you a final window to download your files or easily pick up where you left off if you decide to return.
Managing Your Data
The Account Owner or any Admin can download all documents and data directly from the Settings menu. Please note that for security purposes, these are the only users with this permission. You can find step-by-step instructions on [how to download your data here].
Permanent Deletion
If you’re ready to remove your information sooner, we can manually wipe your data from our servers.

It takes 30 days for all backups to be fully cleared.

We will send you a confirmation email once the deletion is complete so you know exactly when the process is finished.
