We assign a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) for each new customer. Your CSM is your dedicated resource for all your onboarding and training needs. Typically the next step after you start your subscription is an onboarding and planning call with your CSM to discuss:
1) Configuring your account
2) Best Practices
4) Training needs -- Schedule up to two live training demos for your team. And we record these training demos and send you a link that you can use with additional employees.
5) Onboarding your existing contracts and data -- Standard support includes a bulk upload of your contract files and any associated data you can provide us in a spreadsheet (here is a link to the template for this spreadsheet). A single upload is included with each subscription, and additional uploads can be added for a fee. We also offer our Jump Start service, which is a turnkey service for extracting key information from contracts and uploading them into your account. Jump Start contracts can be added for a fee per contract.
6) And anything else that pops to mind
New accounts are setup and ready to go in one day. The timing for training and onboarding existing contracts depends on what's being done and (for the Jump Start service) how many contracts are being uploaded, but typically takes a few weeks.
