Where is our data stored? (Data Residency)
At ContractSafe, we make sure that your data is stored in a secure and accessible location.
ContractSafe employs Amazon Web Services, and gives you the option to choose where your data is stored in the following regions:
- The United States: For data residency compliance, you can also specifically choose the State of California.
- Canada
- Europe
- Australia
Notes:
The option to choose where your data is stored is only available during the onboarding period. If storing your data on a specific region is necessary, please reach out to support@contractsafe.com.
For customers with Canada data residency, please note that some of the AI models we use are not available with Canada hosting. In these cases you may still use these features by appproving the use of a US-hosted model. Rest assured that your contracts and related data are not stored at rest in the US during this use.
