What is the charge per user?
ContractSafe includes unlimited users on all plans at no extra charge. You can add as many users as you need, whether they're Read-Only users or full Admins.
What happens if I want to upgrade my ContractSafe plan?
ContractSafe makes switching plans easy. You can upgrade to the next plan at any point in your subscription, and we'll prorate the difference for the remaining time on your subscription. You can also downgrade at the end of your subscription period.
How does ContractSafe count contracts?
Any contracts that are in your repository count toward the total. Documents stored in your archive or as attachments do not count toward the total. For example, if you have a contract with 3 earlier drafts and a signature page stored as attachments, that would only count as a single contract.
How do I pay for ContractSafe?
For annual plans you can pay by credit card or be invoiced for payment by ACH or check. For monthly plans a credit card is required. All pricing shown is in USD.
What is the implementation charge for ContractSafe?
Zero! ContractSafe has no implementation charge. All plans also include assistance with implementation, migration of existing data and documents, and training. Our award-winning customer support is also included at no additional cost.
What are Jump Start contracts?
Our Jump Start service helps you extract information from your existing contracts. You give us the contracts and our paralegals do the work. Jump Start services can be purchased starting at $2.50 per contract.
Where does ContractSafe store my data?
ContractSafe offers data residency options in the United States, Canada, the European Union, and Australia. Once you select a region, your data will stay 100% within that region. A single account can only be in one region.
Will my contracts and data be secure and private?
Security and privacy are paramount in everything we do. Our solution is hosted with Amazon Web Services (AWS). All data is encrypted, full backups are maintained, and ContractSafe is SOC2 certified by an independent audit firm.
What happens to my data if I close my ContractSafe account?
Your contracts and data belong to you. The Account Owner has the ability to download all documents and data.
Can I export my data from ContractSafe?
Yes, you own all of your data. Authorized users can download a backup of all documents at any time, as well as a CSV file of all contract data and reminders.
