About the role

We have an immediate opening for an Associate Developer to help us build new features and improve existing features, with a specific focus on AI/ML technologies. The position requires a developer to be comfortable reading and writing code.

What you'll do

  • Improve, maintain, and support software applications and systems
  • Write clean, maintainable code that is extensible (under supervision)
  • Complete supervised tasks within the timeframe given
  • Develop and improve engineering skills, from new languages to software development principles (such as object-oriented or functional design)
  • Establish yourself as the resident AI expert, using a diverse range of tools to drive the creation of impactful proof-of-concepts
  • Stay up to date on the latest AI/ML technologies and trends
  • Document and maintain software functionality
  • Actively communicate with stakeholders
  • Perform code reviews

What we're looking for

Candidates should be comfortable with basic programming concepts such as but not limited to loops, conditionals, data structures, object oriented/functional programming

Required Skills:

  • Programming experience with at least one modern programming language: C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, R, etc.
  • Development of tools leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI), Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Machine Learning (ML)
  • Experience using Large Language Models, prompt engineering, and integrating LLMs into enterprise applications
  • Experience in data collection and feature engineer using SQL and NoSQL databases, Pandas, and visualization tools such as matplotlib
