What I like best about ContractSafe is how easy it was to implement the system and set it up to capture the data we identified to be most important. ContractSafe is user-friendly and offers a number of great features.
It wasn't particularly intuitive and the onboarding was longer than expected. There was a huge deal of (advertised) integration with over systems either.
ContractSafe is built for teams where nobody's job title is "CLM Administrator.". You're operational within an hour, not weeks. The platform runs without continuous configuration, reports are customizable and built in, and new team members can find what they need on day one. No training required. If you need help, a real person is ready to answer your questions.
Contractbook's admin experience can require more ongoing attention than expected. Implementations can stretch from days to weeks. Reviewers describe needing more granular user roles to keep everyday users out of admin-level functions.
I love how easy ContractSafe is to use, and how it keeps evolving with new features like AI contract review and analysis, and lifecycle tracking. The ability to find documents immediately, using basic searches or various filters, even for new team members with zero prior training sets ContractSafe apart from other CLMs I've managed
It could benefit from more differentiated user roles. As an admin, I find that the default functionality for regular users gives access to unneeded functionality.
