Privacy: We take the privacy and security of your legal documents and information seriously. We will not, without your permission, sell, publish, or share your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We use your personal information to:

• Alert you to software compatibility issues and to improve our web design and functionality
• Deliver to you any administrative notices or alerts and communications relevant to your use of the services

GDPR: If you have any operations in the EU, you’ve probably heard about the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar laws for the UK and Switzerland. These laws are aimed at enhancing the protection of personal data and increasing the obligations of organizations to deal with that data in transparent and secure ways.

We understand that these laws impose compliance obligations on our customers that are subject to them, and we have worked hard to ensure we can provide customers with what they need. A big piece of that is offering a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) for our customers.
