For comment thread replies, you’ll receive an email only when someone mentions you.
Before, one comment or mention could put every later reply in your inbox, even after the conversation had moved on to someone else. Now, replies that don’t mention you stay out of your inbox.
Bring in the right people
Mention someone directly in the comment and they'll receive an email with a link back to the contract, whether you need an answer or just want them to see it.
If you want that person included in a later reply, mention them again. Each comment reaches only the people mentioned in it.
Your conversations don't change
The comment will still appear on the contract for everyone who has access to it, and you’ll still see comment activity in ContractSafe as usual. The only change is who receives an email about the comment.
Your team can still use comments to ask questions, share context, and keep decisions connected to the contract.
