No. We do not use your data to train AI models.

We use leading AI models from leading companies like OpenAI, Google and Amazon, in order to deliver the best possible experience for our customers. 

We go through rigorous internal testing as well as beta tests with customers who have opted in. Once we've decided that the feature has met all of our security and efficiency requirements, we roll out new features in small batches to the rest of our customers. Even after a feature has been released, customers still have discretion over AI results and can provide feedback at any time.

All of our features are designed for flexibility. While you'll definitely lose some cool functionality, you can choose to use some of our AI features or none at all.

ContractSafe takes legal compliance seriously and takes reasonable steps to review the latest changes in laws and regulations that impact its customers an users including those impacting privacy and AI.

We ensure that ContractSafe:

• Regularly reviews the impacts of its services and policies on the rights of our customers and users.
• Does not develop our own Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Does not use customer data to train AI for ourselves or other customers.
• Does not engage in any automated decision making and provides means for customers to provide human review and approve AI outputs, or opt out of using AI altogether.
