Two new features to announce...Unique Tracking Numbers and Duplicating Records
Unique Tracking Numbers
Every contract page in ContractSafe has a unique URL...but now each contract has a unique identifying number as well. You can use this CS Number for syncing with other applications, looking up documents quickly or just making sure there's no confusion around which contract with Vendor XYZ you're talking about!
Duplicate Contracts
Now you can easily copy a contract and all it's ContractSafe details. This duplicate feature is great for templates, for when you have multiple contracts with the same counterparty, or if you have very similar contracts and want to replicate most of the details.
