ContractSafe now offers a General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)-compliant version.ContractSafe announced today the availability of a General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliant version of its site hosted in the European Union.  Following recently-launched integrations with SalesForce, DocuSign and SAML2.0-compliant single-sign-on solutions, the GDPR-compliant ContractSafe solution gives businesses subject to GDPR an affordable and simple way to end their contract headaches.

ContractSafe customers can now choose whether to have their data hosted in the United States or the European Union.  If the latter is selected, all customer information, from logins to contracts, remains within the European Union.  New GDPR regulations go into effect on May 25, 2018, with stiff penalties for non-compliance, for large and small companies.

“We were hearing more and more concern from our customers about GDPR,” said Ken Button, CEO of ContractSafe.  “It’s not even on the radar of many smaller companies, and larger companies are spending a huge amount of time ensuring compliance.  Here at ContractSafe, our goal is to provide a simple way for organizations to manage their contracts.  It was clear that a simple, turnkey option for GDPR-compliance on the contract management front was needed and fit well with our vision.”
