This is our company's first institutional capital raise since we founded ContractSafe 7 years ago (feels like yesterday, right?). But let's rewind a bit. We started ContractSafe 7 years ago because we needed a better way to manage contracts. We were using a hodgepodge of methods - spreadsheets, Word documents, endless emails, calendar reminders and even physical folders and we wanted a modern, no-frills solution. But all the contract management tools on the market were either too expensive or too complicated. So, we decided to create our own. ContractSafe is packed with power but stripped of complexity, allowing businesses to quickly organize contracts, find information in seconds, and stay on top of important dates. And, with unlimited users, anyone who needs access can get it at no additional cost. ContractSafe is the solution we wish we had all those years ago. 

Since then, we've been blown away by the strong adoption of our platform, and we want to say a big thank you for your loyalty over the years. Your feedback has been invaluable, and we've used it to bring you features like viewable attachments, unlimited e-signatures, approval workflows, intake forms, an online terms tracker, and improved user permissions in 2022.
