Approval Groups Are Easier to Manage in One Place
Approval Settings now gives admins a clearer way to manage Approval Groups. Create groups, add members, update group details, set an optional approval order, and remove groups your team no longer needs, all from one place. Admins can also see which contracts may be affected before deleting a group, helping them make changes while preserving important contract history. Available on Finalize and Maximize plans.

Kept DocuSign completions on the originating contract
Completed DocuSign envelopes no longer create duplicate contracts or remove the e-signature status from the originating contract. Previously, certain envelopes with multiple documents or repeated completion events could create an additional executed contract or leave the original contract without an e-signature status.

Restored access to contract creation from templates
Users who do not have folder upload permissions can now access and use the From Template option directly from the Add Contracts header button. Previously, the button remained disabled for these users, preventing them from creating contracts through templates. This update ensures organization members can launch template workflows regardless of their folder-level upload rights.
